Where do you ship from?

We ship from our manufacturing factories and warehouse located in Kolkata. If you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different products.


Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes, we offer both Cash on Delivery and Prepaid payment options.


How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on product demand and your shipping location.


Is shipping really FREE?

Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders.


Eligibility for Replacements

Our replacement policy applies only if:

  • The wrong item is delivered, or
  • The delivered item is damaged.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide a mandatory unboxing video.

After reporting, the replacement policy remains valid for 5 days from the date of purchase.


Proof of Purchase

To initiate the replacement process, please send us:

  • Clear, unaltered images of the product and the package
  • Original packaging
  • A complete unboxing video
