We hope our Cooling Migraine Cap helps you feel calmer, more comfortable, and more in control on difficult headache days. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to assist you.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wearable wellness products, Nexo does not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, we do accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product received was damaged or leaking
  • You received an incorrect or defective item

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue is required
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
  • In some cases, replacements may be offered instead of refunds
  • If your replacement is approved, the product will be delivered within 5–7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage occurred due to improper use or handling
  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Shipping charges (if applicable)
